Daily drop-in yoga classes are held in our center at Mcleodganj / Dharamsala. Our drop-in are open to all lovers of yoga who want to learn yoga, meditation, pranayama and asanas. Yoga is non-competitive practice focusing on your body & breathing with awareness. You can start practicing yoga at any phase of your life, regardless your age, physical ability and flexibility. Our drop-in yoga includes Hatha yoga style or a fusion of Hatha & Ashtanga yoga styles mixed in one course.
Beginner + Intermediate drop-in yoga :
7:00 a.m to 8:00 a.m, 8:30 a.m to 9:30 a.m, 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm & 6:00 p.m to 7:00 p.m
Hatha Yoga style : INR 250 for 60 mins
Hatha + Ashtanga mix class : INR 350 for 90 mins

Himalayan Yoga Centre offers 40-minute group meditation class every day from 3:00 p.m to 3:40 p.m throughout the week.
