We follow strict traditional practices and syllabus in our Yoga teacher training course. Below are some of the course curriculum that we follow during the YTT course.

Kriyas -To purify the physical body

In the teaching we give reference to the SANSKRIT names of the Asanas, introducing the intention behind the meaning and how to bring it into the posture

Mantra

To give the purest thoughts to our mind (like a positive virus). We teach the correct pronunciation of Vedic mantras in Sanskrit and we teach Japa (chanting). The pronunciation is essential in creating a vibration working on our different bodies (subtle, physical & mental). We teach the purpose of the mantra for the teacher to know the effect and give the correct mantra & chant according to the specific subject & need, such as: better concentration, self love, more devotion, more strength & cultivating energy. 10 Main Vedic Mantras
